I have a problem with my order/my product. What should I do?

Do you ship internationally?

We are able to ship anywhere in the world. However, there may be restrictions on some products. In the case that we cannot ship a product to your country, we will notify you and refund the cost of the product that you order. Customers are responsible for any taxes incurred by their country of residence.

What is the return policy?

BASIC RETURNS POLICY Within 30 days of delivery, you may return anything purchased at the Firelock Games Store. If the item is returned in undamaged and sell-able condition, we will reimburse 100% of the cost. Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed.
